Payment- & Delivery-Conditions
1. Available payment-methods
1.1 For deliveries within Germany you can choose from the following payment-methods, unless stated otherwise in the respective article-description:
- Prepayment by bank-transfer
- PayPal
- Cash upon collection
- Instalment via PayPal*
- Lieferung auf Rechnung via BillSAFE GmbH

1.2 For deliveries to other countries you can choose from the following payment-methods, unless stated otherwise in the respective article-description:
- Prepayment by bank-transfer
- PayPal
2. Delivery
2.1 Orders are being shipped by Deutsche Post, DPD, DHL, FedEx or forwarding agency
2.2 Shipment can be offered to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Great-Britain, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain
2.3 Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, bulky goods, that go by forwarding agency, are generally shipped “free curb”, which means that the goods are shipped to the public curb, closest to the receivers’ delivery-address.
3. Transport-costs
3.1 Delivery within Germany can be offered free of charge, but an island-surcharge amounting to 50 EUR will be due if the recipients’ address is on any of the German islands.
3.2 If collection by the customer was agreed, the seller is to inform the customer immediately, once the ordered goods are ready for pick-up. The customer can then contact the seller to agree a date when to collect the goods at the sellers’ premises. In this case no transport-costs will be charged to the customer.

3.4 For cross-border deliveries additional taxes (e.g. intra-community acquisitions) and/or charges (e.g. in the form of customs-duties) may apply and will be charged to the customer.
